Fixed stuck in a place bug. During ticket check. Girl appear.

Fixed car driving too fast or too slow, depending on PC power. Now it is optimised to constant speed always.

Phone can be toggled once. No need to put it away atm.

Increased power of the flashlight just a bit.

Meanwhile fixing bugs to make it playable I am working on expanding this Parking idea. I am working on making this area playable as one short game, but I also started working on a bigger game keeping the idea and principles. It will go beyond parking garage itself. Parking will be just a part of it.
